BMW Mesa
I am very picky about where my BMW in Arizona is serviced. My BMW factory warranty is over and I don't want to go to the dealer for servicing my BMW. I highly recommend taking your BMW to Babbitt Motor Werks. They have been in business for over 20 years and I always feel that they take care of me while providing excellent service.
I have been using them for over 15 years and am always satisfied.

LBPS - Lender Business Process Services
LBPS are probably the worst mortgage servicer that I have ever had. The sent me a letter about financial hardship even though my payment is current. What a bunch of fucking assholes. Thanks for giving me a scare. I thought maybe I had forgot to make a payment and had a late. You guys should get your shit together. I hope that Lender Business Process Services transfers my loan so I don't have to fucking deal with their shit anymore.
